Monitor temperature, humidity, NC dry contacts. Detects water and power failure. Perfect for Monitoring remote facilities, boats, trucks, campers. Operates from a 12v battery!

With the CM712 you can monitor the following sensors all over the cell network:

• The local temperature and humidity, perfect for 2nd homes
• Two external temperatures, such as a refrigerator and freezer (requires optional sensors)
• Two door sensors (requires optional sensors)
• Water sensor (requires optional sensor)

You program the CM712 by sending simple text messages and you receive alarm notices via text messages. Receive a text message when the temperature or humidity limits go below set temperatures or exceed set temperatures, a door is opened, or water is detected.

Receive a SMS text message when the alarm condition is corrected. Receive reminder SMS text messages if an alarm condition is not corrected. Receive a SMS text when the power goes out or the internal or external battery is low. The CM712 operates on 12vdc so you can use it in cars, trucks, campers, boats...any place there is a 12v battery available. The CM712 can also operate from 120vac with its included wall mount power supply.

A SIM card is required for the CM712 to connect to the cell network.

SIM card options:

• Temperature Guard provides and manages a T-Mobile SIM and bills you periodically. Plan includes up to 400 text messages per month. Overage charge is $.20 per text.

• You obtain an AT&T Go Phone SIM and install it in the CM712 and setup an AT&T online account for the SIM. You can customize the account to auto-renew so you will not run out of texts. The account is your responsibility to manage.
• Obtain a SIM from any GSM cell service provider.
