30 Day Return Policy

Satisfaction Guarantee and Easy Returns

We've been in business since 1995 and we're here to support you before and after the sale. We want you to be happy with your purchase so we sell only factory fresh new products with full manufacturer warranties. Where most sellers today will 'sell it and forget it', we make a point of providing in house technical support as well as leveraging the support of our vendors. We also offer easy returns in case you need to return or replace something.

In the first 30 days from our invoice

We accept returns on any normally stocked product, for any reason, within 30 days. You must request a return authorization from our support department who will provide technical support if needed, or return instructions. As long as you return the item, all original accessories and packaging in original condition, we will issue a FULL refund without any restocking fees!

After 30 days from our invoice

Most of our products have at least a one year manufacturer's warranty. We will offer our technical support in case you have any product issues. If the product seems defective our technical support department will in most cases provide return instructions so you can send it back to us and we'll handle the manufacturer's warranty on your behalf. In the case where it may be faster or more appropriate we may ask that you ship it directly to the manufacturer for troubleshooting and warranty.

Notes and exceptions

Installed product, special orders, large quantity orders, clearance items, or items purchased past 30 days, are not eligible for refund or credit but will fall under the applicable manufacturer's warranty. While we will assist with technical support and warranty to the best of our ability, the final determination of warranty eligibility falls solely at the discretion of the manufacturer. Product damaged by misuse, improper installation, surges, lightning strikes, etc are not eligible for return and may void manufacturer's warranties.

Restocking Fees

We hate them too! As long as you return product in good condition under our return policy noted above there aren't any!

Refused, Return-to-Sender or Undelivered Shipments

Any refused shipments or orders that cannot be delivered and are returned to us by the courier will be refunded less the cost of two way freight.

Return Materials Shipping Instructions

Our support department will provide return instructions. You will need to pack all materials securely inside the manufacturer's packaging/box and inside a proper shipping box. Do NOT write on the product, manuals or product box(es). Write the return authorization number you have been provided, on the SHIPPING box (not the product box). We recommend that you ship the item insured for your protection. Please keep in mind that we can't provide a refund or replacement unless we receive the return.

Special orders (including Special Cuts of Wire) and DVR cards will not be refunded.

Special Order can also include any order of unusually large quantities. All software is non-returnable.
