Dakota Alert SR-4000 Wireless Receiver and Smart Chime

The Dakota Alert SR-4000 receiver is a smart, Wi-Fi enabled wireless receiver that can enroll any of the 4000-series Dakota Alert wireless driveway alarm sensors. It can accept up to 16 wireless 4000 series transmitters and offers a selection of 12 different tunes with 4 different "zones" allowing the user to know which sensor or zone has been triggered; as well as automatically notifying connected users whenever the sensor goes off through the Dakota Alert app for iOS and Android.

In addition to sound and visual notifications, the SR-4000 has 2 x Form C relays (both normally open and normally closed connections) and a 12 VDC output that can trigger when one of the 4000 sensors are activated.

The relay and output can be set to trigger for 1 second, 5 seconds, 15 seconds or 5 minutes. This provides the flexibility to connect to a siren, strobe, alarm system or a variety of other 2-wire devices. When enrolled on your local Wi-Fi network, any connected user will receive push alerts whenever the receiver is triggered by any of the 4000-series sensors.

The RSR-4000 has a wireless range of up to 1 mile or 5280 feet*, meaning you can reach virtually any part of your property without the need for signal repeaters. Add an extra receiver(s) to your Dakota Alert 4000 series to enable notifications in different rooms, offices, the garage, shed or barn.
